At Ocean Global, India, we have the most modern plants and technical expertise to manufacture geotextiles. Available in varying strength and thickness, Ocean Geotextile fabrics find use in a wide range of applications.
Geotextile fabrics are technical textile fabrics used in construction, landscaping, and ecosystem management. They differ slightly in that they are porous fabrics.
Transportation, ports and marine, power, mines and heavy industries, river & flood protection, landscaping etc.
Separation, filtration, drainage, protection, reinforcement, and stabilization.
Ocean Geotextiles have superior performance, excellent uniformity, and high resistance to damage during installation. They have high tensile strength and are cost-effective, available in varying strength and thicknesses.
Ocean Global geotextile fabrics include nonwoven geotextiles and woven geotextiles.
Description: Our nonwoven geotextiles are needle-punch manufactured and mechanically bonded. Needle punching improves the strength and hydraulic performance of the nonwoven geotextiles. The nonwoven geotextile fabrics are either polyester nonwoven geotextiles or polypropylene nonwoven geotextiles.
Function: Filtration, drainage, separation, and erosion control.
Sectors: They are robust and durable and suitable for industries of transportation, rail formation, ports and marine, water resources and embankments, liner protection, residential plumbing and real estate, and waste management.
Description: The woven geotextiles are manufactured by blending and weaving of fibers to form uniform pieces.
These may be polypropylene woven geotextiles from polypropylene monofilament (monofilament geotextiles) or polypropylene multifilament yarns (multifilament geotextiles). There are also polyester woven multifilament geotextiles.
The woven geotextiles are robust and dimensionally stable. They are perhaps the most durable fabric in use for erosion control.
Function: Separation, reinforcement, filtration, and stabilization.
Sectors: Transportation, water resources, irrigation and flood control, ports, and marine.
